Dr. Michael Hall is board certified as a radiation oncologist by the American Board of Radiology and is a physician at Radiotherapy Clinics of Georgia - Covington. He received his medical degree from Florida State University College of Medicine and completed his medical internship and residency at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Hall specializes in brain, spinal cord, lung, breast, prostate, skin, and gynecological tumors, with a special interest in stereotactic radiotherapy.
Dr. Hall has six years of experience in radiation oncology and previously served as the Director of Oncology for The Medical Group of South Florida. He has also practiced radiation oncology at Mercy Hospital in Miami, FL, and American Professional Associates in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Hall was a clinical assistant professor at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL, where he developed a radiation oncology medical student rotation program with Mercy Hospital.
Dr. Hall strives to be a leader and active participant in the development of his medical community. While practicing at Mercy Hospital, Dr. Hall served as the chairman of the Cancer Committee and Department of Medicine, was a clinical reviewer for the lung cancer screening program, and was a member of the Radiation Safety Committee. He is an active member of the Radiological Society of North America, American Brachytherapy Society, American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology, American College of Radiation Oncology, and the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
In his free time, Dr. Hall enjoys playing golf, hiking, and spending time with his family.
